Such a clean place and the staff is so attentive and kind. They go above and beyond for their customers. We ordered an ice cream cake for our daughters birthday and we wanted it to follow our “Under the Sea” theme and mesh with the colors of our balloons. When I saw the cake…I was blown away by how amazing it looked. They have outdone themselves and I was complimented by many at the party. Thank you Rose, Mike and to the awesome staff at West Hempstead Carvel for great service and an amazing birthday cake!!!

Carvel Ice Cream – West Hempstead This Carvel spot is always a treat! They have a wide variety of flavors, including great non-dairy options for those who need them. The ice cream is fresh, creamy, and always delicious. The staff is what really makes the difference, they were welcoming, kind, and courteous. When one of my son’s double scoops accidentally fell, the owner immediately replaced it without hesitation. That level of care shows they value their customers. Overall, this Carvel is worth the stop, great flavors, great service, and a neighborhood gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was my pleasure visiting this location with my family., after leaving the park nearby. The staff were friendly, service was quick, accurate order taking and execution. Everyone there was friendly and I must say very patient with me, as I changed my mind on the order a few times.
